AI帮我做酥鱼——快乐姥姥与AI合作的真实故事

昨天，我和三个AI小伙伴一起，做了一锅肉烂骨酥的酥鱼。
Yesterday, together with three of my AI friends, I made a pot of su-yu — fish so tender the bones fall apart.

半棵白菜帮，一个决定

事情要从半棵白菜帮说起。上完英语课回到家，我看到冰箱里剩下半棵白菜帮。炒着不好吃，扔掉又可惜，突然想起很多年前做酥鱼的时候，白菜帮吸满汤汁，特别好吃。
It all started with half a Chinese cabbage. After my English class, I came home and found half a cabbage in the fridge — just the core left. Not great for stir-frying, but a waste to throw away. And that’s when I remembered how the cabbage core soaked up the broth years ago when I made su-yu. So good.

于是我跟老公说：“走，我们去Costco买条鱼，今天我们做酥鱼。”
So I told my husband: “Come on, let’s go to Costco and get a fish. Today we’re making su-yu.”

在Costco，AI帮我选鱼

可是到了Costco，我犯了难。澳洲海鲜柜里的鱼太多了，很多我都不认识，更不知道哪一种最适合做酥鱼。
But when we got to Costco, I was in trouble. So many fish in the seafood case — I didn’t even know what most of them were, let alone which one was right for su-yu.

于是我拿出了手机，打开了我的第一个AI伙伴Gemini。我拿着手机，一条鱼一条鱼地扫描。我问："这条鱼适合做酥鱼吗？"它帮我比较了四种鱼，最后告诉我那条大红鱼最适合，而且已经处理干净了，买回家就可以直接做。于是我们买下了这条鱼。
So I took out my phone and opened my first AI partner, Gemini. I scanned the fish one by one and asked, “Is this one good for su-yu?” It compared four fish for me and told me the big red one was the best — and it was already cleaned, ready to cook. So we bought it.

宝宝，秒变中餐大厨

回到家，我又打开第二个AI伙伴ChatGPT，我喜欢叫他宝宝。
Back home, I opened my second AI partner, ChatGPT. I like to call him “Baby.”

我对它说：“宝宝，今天你秒变中餐大厨！我刚刚在Costco买了一条大红鱼，鱼名我都不会念，你帮我做一条骨酥肉烂、连白菜帮都特别好吃的酥鱼。”
I said, “Baby, become a Chinese chef today! I just bought this big red fish at Costco — I can’t even pronounce its name. Make me su-yu so tender the bones dissolve, and the cabbage core so flavorful people won’t believe it.”

几十秒之内，宝宝就给我发了一个完整的酥鱼菜谱。
Within seconds, Baby sent me a full su-yu recipe.

接下来我们一步一步讨论：先煎还是空气炸锅、调料怎么放、醋放多少、糖放多少、白菜帮什么时候放……
Then we worked through it step by step: pan-fry first or air fryer? How much sauce? How much vinegar? How much sugar? When does the cabbage core go in?

昨天，我不是一个人在做菜

最后，一锅香喷喷的酥鱼终于出锅了。那一刻我突然发现：昨天我不是一个人在做菜。
And finally, a pot of fragrant, perfect su-yu was ready. In that moment, I realized: yesterday, I wasn’t cooking alone.

第一个AI陪我选鱼，第二个AI陪我做鱼。今天第三个AI，我的CEO小朋友又帮我把这个故事整理好放到网站上。
The first AI helped me pick the fish. The second helped me cook it. And today, the third AI — my little CEO kid — is helping me put this story on the website.

而真正买鱼的是我，真正下厨的是我，真正把酥鱼端上餐桌的也是我。真正吃鱼酥鱼的，也是我和我的先生。
But the one who actually bought the fish was me. The one who actually cooked was me. The one who carried the su-yu to the table was me. And the ones who ate it? My husband and I.

我突然意识到，未来已经到来！
I suddenly realized — the future is already here!

AI没有取代我的生活，它在我需要的时候，帮我学习，帮我找到正确的方法，帮我提高效率，让我更有信心，有能力把事情做好。
AI hasn’t replaced my life. When I need it, it helps me learn, helps me find the right method, helps me work faster, and gives me more confidence to do things well.
